The Role:

We are looking for a
Marketing Executive
with experience in
B2B marketing
to support and manage the overall marketing profile of
Vimson Derma
. The role will involve handling
digital marketing, branding, promotions, and both online & offline marketing activities
to strengthen the company's market presence in the cosmetics and dermatology industry.

Key responsibilities:

·
  Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to promote Vimson Derma's products and services.

·      Handle online and offline marketing strategy and execution, ensuring consistency across all channels.

·      Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and online promotions.

·      Plan and coordinate offline marketing initiatives such as events, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and branding activities.

·      Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, R&D, Design, Production) to align marketing with business objectives.

·      Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

·      Prepare marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials.

·      Support lead generation and client engagement through targeted marketing activities.

·      Track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

·      Strengthen the company's brand image and corporate communication.

Required qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent (MBA preferred for Executive role).
  • Experience or strong interest in
    B2B marketing
    (Pharma / Cosmetics / Healthcare industry experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of
    digital marketing tools & platforms
    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, Mailchimp, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva/Photoshop will be an added advantage.
