Job Description :


As the Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the vision for our platform.


This role demands a deep understanding of the career guidance ecosystem and the ability to identify and harness new opportunities within the Indian market.


You will lead the development of innovative features such as job boards, mentoring systems, and upskilling courses, directly impacting the professional journey of our users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and prioritize a product backlog that aligns with the strategic objectives and maximizes value for job seekers, employers, and mentors.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and customer service to deliver high-quality features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, identify opportunities for growth, and integrate user feedback into product development.

- Define key performance indicators for the platform and monitor performance to inform product adjustments and improvements.

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including educational institutions, training providers, and industry leaders, to enhance the platform's offerings.

- Facilitate agile product development processes and ensure timely delivery of features tailored to user needs.

- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and workshops to promote the platform and gather insights from market interactions.

Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of product management experience, with a focus on career guidance, job boards, or related B2C platforms.

- In-depth knowledge of the Indian job market and the career services industry.

- Proven ability to develop and commercialize digital products, with a strong portfolio of successful initiatives.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Education, or related fields.
