We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainee for Marketing Programs to join our team. This role is designed for recent graduates or individuals at the start of their marketing careers who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Manager to nurture client relationships, build interactions, service clients, and generate business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Client Nurturing and Interaction:Assist in managing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs, provide updates, and gather feedback.Support the development of client interaction strategies to enhance engagement and retention.Client Servicing:Collaborate with the Program Manager to execute marketing programs tailored to client requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing services and solutions.Prepare and present reports on program performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.Business Generation:Identify potential business opportunities and assist in developing strategies to expand our client base.Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to secure new business.Support market research initiatives to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Team Collaboration and Learning:Work closely with the Program Manager and other team members to gain comprehensive knowledge of our marketing programs and services.Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance marketing skills and industry knowledge.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and share innovative ideas to improve our marketing strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in marketing and client relationship management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Previous internship or related experience in marketing is a plus.What We Offer:Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced marketing professionals.Exposure to a variety of brands and marketing projects.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.A dynamic and supportive work environment.How to Apply:
