Primary performance indicators.

  • We are looking for passionate intrapreneurs who wants to work at the grass root level, drive impact in India’s biggest growth story of Urban Ladder.
  • Own end to end Fulfilment centre operations which include, infrastructure, people and processes.
  • As a Manager FC, you will spearhead a 2 lakh sq.ft. Fulfilment Centre (FC)/Warehouse at Mumbai.
  • Ability to scale up operations in a very dynamic environment and ensure efficiencies are always up.
  • Manage the P&L of Mumbai FC to ensure consistently higher service-levels.
  • Drive the 3PL partner in implementing the best practices/processes and create and drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations.
  • Expected to establish best in-class supply chain systems and implement processes to ensure delivery of the business requirements.
  • Will be responsible for all Business Metrics parameters of the FC.
  • Your performance would be measured based on your evaluation of the 3PL to ensure that business objectives are achieved by ensuring that they follow the laid down SOPs.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evaluate the 3PL partner to achieve peak efficiency of SCM Operations in accordance with the business plan with customer satisfaction being the primary aim.
  • Develop new processes and ensure integration into warehouse operations through 3PL.
  • Review and prepare warehouse operations requirements such as layout, action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
