Role Description

We are hiring a 
Field Sales Executive
 to generate leads, meet prospective clients, and sell our online services. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in face-to-face interactions, and a passion for sales. 
Prior experience in the real estate industry
 will be a strong advantage.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of field sales experience
  • Background in real estate preferred
  • Must have good spoken English and sales skills
  • Owning a two-wheeler is preferred
     for field visits
  • Ability to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential clients and explain our online services
  • Generate and follow up on new leads and opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare reports and update CRM regularly

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Lead Generation and Sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software is a plus
  • Prior experience in real estate or Vastu Shastra knowledge is beneficial

Experience

Minimum 2 year of working experience as Field-Sales

Salary

  • ₹ Lacs P.A + Incentive
