Job Location will be Oragadam, Chennai

Following 6 days work week Pattern (Monday to Saturday)


Position Base criteria :

Bachelor / Masters – in EEE / Mech / Robotics / Automation Engg. With atleast 15 – 20 years of experience (with mini 4-5 years in Solar PV Module Manufacturing Experience).


Total CTC : INR 28-35 LPA (included 15 – 20% variable depends on the grade)


Below are Responsibilities:

# Effectively managing Predictive Preventive maintenance.

# Reducing Internal Audit/External Audit Findings.# Improvement Project (Six-Sigma).# Software, manual SOP.

# Timely reporting of MIS ,Adherence to Governance Mechanism Audit Compliance On time Calibration of Test Measuring Instruments.


Process:

# Supporting all major plant shutdowns and overhauls/ breakdowns in conjunction with production department to ensure minimum plant downtime.

# Assisting in planning and implementation of plant improvements and expansion plans; Working along with the equipment suppliers/consultants to ensure successful installation of equipment.

# Contributing towards development of preventive maintenance plans and schedules and providing utmost importance to implementation of the same at the shop floor

# Co-developing efficient and effective internal control systems, to keep track of the performance of equipment and taking necessary actions to improve efficiency.

# Analyzing mechanical failures/ breakdown in equipment and solving critical equipment problems/ failures ; Ensuring all breakdowns are attended to with minimum lead time

# Maintaining record of equipment wise maintenance / mechanical failures/ breakdown in equipment and expenditure, and providing analysis of the same to prevent repetitive failures

# Ensuring proper documentation of all jobs including details of problem diagnosis and resolution as well as spares used for future reference and analysis.

# Ensuring strict adherence to norms laid down for quality, health, safety cleanliness by creating awareness through training / workshop / awareness sessions and making compliance mandatory in m/c maintenance.

# Planning for the spares / consumables required as per the Maintenance plan; Raising requisition to the store based on the current availability and requirements.

# Maintaining spares inventory and updating the same at regular intervals.

# During forced outages, ensuring minimum downtime by overseeing coordination and smooth operation of maintenance activities


Customer:

# Ensuring the production department is supported by maintenance function to the maximum extent possible and there is no production loss leading to losses in productivity and profitability.

# Ensuring better machine availability, better MTTR, MTBF

# Improving Customer Satisfaction .

# % Reduction in re-work on account of Machine Failures(Lamination):

# % Reduction in Machine Down Time.


Financially:

# Contributing towards cost reduction activities by ensuring that there are minimum breakdowns by adhering to preventive maintenance schedule / least disruption on the production schedules due to m/c fault / minimizing cost of spares.

# Optimizing Budget Cost .

# Improving Productivity.


People Handling (Team Handling):

# Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members .

# Ensure capability development of self and team members by actively participating and leveraging training growth opportunities available including knowledge management initiatives.

# Actively participating as sub-function Head / Line Manager in HR initiatives to drive overall employee engagement and motivation.

# Adherence to Training plan and Skill level improvement of engineers.

# Zero LTI and Zero incident.
