Our suite of software solutions is designed for the food industry, targeting Food Export Companies, Domestic Packed Food Businesses, Food D2C and Ecommerce Companies, Hotels, QSRs, Catering companies, and International Food Companies (primarily in the GCC)
As we expand, we have an opening for a key role in the organisation that will initiate setting up the HR and Admin functions working alongside the Founders. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented EA-HR-Admin Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's HR and administrative functions.
Role Overview:
The EA-HR-Admin Executive will work closely with the Founders to support them in managing Business Reviews, generating MIS reports, oversee and manage the company's HR and administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring that we attract, retain, and support the best talent while maintaining seamless day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
A. Exec. Assistant :
Manage business reviews and MIS
Key coordination for leadership team with internal team and external stakeholders
B. Human Resources:
Assist in staffing efforts that aligns with the company’s culture and job role requirements.
Develop and maintain HR policies and practices to support the team.
Manage annual appraisals and performance evaluations to foster employee growth and satisfaction.
Handle employment and compensation-related matters, including payroll, leaves and holidays, taxation, and benefits.
Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws and compliance with employment regulations.
C. Administration:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including infrastructure and facilities management.
Ensure compliance with local laws, office taxation, and operational regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-5 years experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a startup or tech environment. 2-3 years experience as EA will be preferable.
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, payroll, and taxation processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred:
Experience with HR software tools or platforms.
Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in startup environments.
