Telecaller – Interiors

We are looking for a Telecaller – Interiors to join our team at InterioBay Interiors (Kurla West, Mumbai).
The role involves handling client/agent calls, qualifying leads, sharing company profile, and scheduling meetings for our interior projects.

Responsibilities:

• Call potential clients and real estate agents from given leads.
• Collect client requirements (location, flat size, budget, possession date).
• Share company profile, portfolio, and follow up on WhatsApp.
• Fix appointments for site visits / detailed discussion with our project head.
• Maintain daily call records and report lead status.
• Build trust with agents by updating them on client follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, Basic English).
• Confident in talking to new people on calls.
• Fresher or 6 months+ telecalling/sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of interiors/real estate will be an advantage (training provided).
• Must be disciplined and consistent in follow-ups.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 per month (starting) + incentives per qualified lead/meeting
• Mobile recharge allowance provided
• Paid leaves as per policy
