Job Description:Monitor and Track the Reported Issues and Ensure the SLA AdherenceAssess the Severity and Impact of reported issuesAssign the issues to respective team memberPublish the Weekly & Monthly Status / SLA reportsFollow up with team and ensure timely closure of reported issuesTrack License / Certificate expiry of all the Tools and Software'sTimely reporting of any dependencies with the Third PartiesTimely adherence of Security / Vulnerabilities correctionMonitoring Team performanceGuide and Coach the TeamArrange training on a need basis for the project teamResponds to inquiries from the management and committee meetingsTake sign off on all Strategy Docs (Eg.
