Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development & Conceptualization:
• Develop creative and innovative design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. Present ideas and design solutions that align with client needs and aesthetic goals.
• Space Planning:

Create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts that optimize space usage while adhering to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• 3D Visualization & CAD Drawings:

Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to produce detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D models, and renderings for client approval and construction teams.Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. Present design proposals, revisions, and final concepts to ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process.Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories in line with the design concept. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.Oversee the implementation of design concepts, working closely with project managers, contractors, and tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Work collaboratively with other designers, architects, and engineers to ensure cohesive design and project success. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers as needed.Conduct site visits to ensure design execution matches approved plans. Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or construction.Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in both residential and commercial projects.

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Design Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to create innovative, visually appealing, and functional designs with great attention to detail.
• Client-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and translate client needs into successful design solutions.
• Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of Building Codes & Regulations: Familiarity with relevant design standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification: LEED, NCIDQ, or other relevant design certifications.
• Experience in 3D Rendering & Animation: Proficiency in creating high-quality visualizations using 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Sustainability Knowledge: A strong understanding of eco-friendly materials and sustainable design practices.

Pay: ₹40, ₹46,804.14 per month
