Senior Solution Architect

Job Description :
- Strategic Design: Architect technology solutions that align with business objectives and adhere to industry best practices.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for each project, considering long-term maintainability and performance.
- Performance Optimization: Create and optimize software systems for high performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Collaborative Execution: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to software development teams, fostering their growth and promoting architectural awareness.
- Architectural Acumen : Proven track record as an Architect with successful software architecture design and implementation. Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture principles.
- Leadership Skills : Experience in managing and leading technical teams. Strong leadership skills to develop, inspire, and motivate the team.
- Passion for Innovation : A passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar IT field.
Experience : 10+ years of experience in a large-scale corporate technology department.
Technical Expertise :
- Deep experience leading teams in developing scalable and cloud-native data processing frameworks using cutting-edge technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of core Java or JVM-based languages.
- Proficiency in Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with Java frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing data-driven applications using industry-standard databases (e. g. , Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
- Experience with AWS services.
