Role Description

1. Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.

- Identify target audiences and tailor content and campaigns accordingly.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


2. Content Creation:

- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and a cohesive brand presence.

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.


3. Campaign Execution:

- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.

- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.


4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.

- Identify opportunities for growth and recommend adjustments to the social media strategy.


5. Compliance and Brand Guidelines:

- Ensure all content and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements.

- Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and policies.


Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of image and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of all social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Self-motivated- ability to take initiative and work independently on projects
