Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience using Excel

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Monitor daily sales, campaign performance, product listings, and customer behavior trends
• Generate weekly/monthly business performance reports and dashboards
• Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to increase sales and visibility
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support business decisions
• Work closely with operations, marketing, and account management teams to improve overall client performance
• Support management with data-driven insights for strategic planning

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
• Basic understanding of report preparation and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Power BI and Google Data Studio is a plus
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
