We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our team at Bulldogs Community Children's Centre . Located at the iconic Whitten Oval in Footscray, Bulldogs Community Children’s Centre is a warm and welcoming early learning environment where strong community connections and inclusive practices support every child’s learning journey. This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster, starting in early 2026. About you You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. You have a drive to grow and improve continually. You value kindness and respect. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate. About the role You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow. You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
