Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Navision Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and its application within the retail industry. This role will involve designing, developing, implementing, and supporting custom solutions to optimize our business processes.

Responsibilities :

Development and Customization :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using C/AL or AL programming languages, SQL , .Net Applications and API integration

- Customize standard Navision modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop reports, forms, Pages, Code units ,XML Ports and workflows to enhance system functionality.

- Integrate Navision with other systems and applications (e.g., e-commerce platforms, point-of-sale systems).

- Create Extensions and Apps in D365 Business Central

System Maintenance and Support :

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors.

- Perform system upgrades and patches.

- Provide technical support to end-users.

- Monitor system performance and optimize as needed.

Data Migration and Integration :

- Migrate data from legacy systems to Navision.

- Integrate Navision with other systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Process Improvement :

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

- Develop user manuals and training materials.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Must Have +4 Years Experience as a Navision Developer, preferably in the retail industry.

- Strong proficiency in C/AL or AL programming languages and SQL report Builder.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, including its modules, functionalities, and best practices.

- Experience with SQL Server, dot net and database management.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
