As an IT Software Engineer for PLM Siemens Teamcenter, you will be part of an Agile team in a fast-paced environment partnered with business stakeholders. You will be responsible forDesigning\developing\customizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software applications on the Siemens PLM Teamcenter (Tc) platform and contributing to all software development activities.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Architect with a proven track record in implementing and managing Teamcenter solutions efficiently. As a PLM Architect, you will ensure the implementation is consistent with company policies. In this hands-on position, you'll work to increase the speed and efficiency of the program by supporting the timely delivery, quality, and transparency of data to support program activity and business systems.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to craft and architect the PLM solutions, ensuring it aligns with business goals and objectives.

Apply your in-depth knowledge of Teamcenter to implement, configure, and customize the platform to meet specific organizational needs.

Establish data management strategies, including data migration, data modeling, and data integration, to ensure data consistency and to maintainsource of truth within Teamcenter.

Build and maintain customized workflows, templates, and extensions within Teamcenter to optimize product development processes.

Integrate Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, CRM, etc.) to enable seamless data exchange and collaboration.

Continuously supervise and optimize the performance of the PLM system to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Providevital support during UATs and in documentation to support user adoption and system maintenance.

Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in PLM processes and data management.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues and challenges related to the PLM system, collaborating with IT teams when vital.

Should have & maintain good engagement with Siemens for support, updates, and improvement on all the Teamcenter topics.

Qualification:

• 8+ years of direct hands-on experience in a Teamcenter PLM environment 

• Experience with version 12 or greater preferred, and Teamcenter SOA ITK

• Proven experience in Product, BOM and Schedule Management 

• Experience with T4EA desirable 

• Development and configuration experience with BMIDE in a multiple instance environment

• Experience with Teamcenter Workflow and custom handler’sdevelopment and support. 

• Hands on experience adjusting ACLs and Rule Tree.

• Experience with Integration between Teamcenter and ERP Systems

• Knowledge of CAD integration frameworks and exposure to some of the major CAD integrations like NXI, SWIM, SEEC, Tc IC, IPEM. 

• Programming experience in ITK, Client Customization, C#, C++, Java, Scripting Languages

• Developed and administered security access within an enterprise application 

• Experience with Active Workspace, Teamcenter Report and Query Builder, or Teamcenter Access Manager desirable 

• Proven problem-solving skills including diagnostic and research. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Ability to take initiative and ownership by absorbing and retaining information across a range of technical areas.
