N/AJob Purpose:As a member of the IT team, Functionally support all POS applications inquiries for all stores.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.At least 5 years- experience with retail or retail-related technology and processesExperience in Retail Store Systems (e.g., POS, Inventory, Merchandising, Promotions, Discounts, Mobile) design, implementation, and/or support experience a mustExperience in Micros/Oracle Symphony PoS or similar experience in menu building, configuration management is preferable.Experience gathering business needs and creating into workable outcomesExperience in maintaining the knowledge base article and standard operating procedures.Experience in different tools for remote support, release/deployment tools(Marimba/SCCM), Remedy/Service NowExperience in Level 3 support experience and working with extended offshore team is an added advantageAbility to think strategically and creatively, and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environmentStrong team-player who has excellent collaboration and relationship skills and work with differentteam internally/externallyProvide full Desktop Support Services (hardware, software and mobile device)Perform hardware -software and networking troubleshooting of PoS Devices like printers, windows 7 /10 work stations

Responsibilities:Solving out all POS application related inquiries raised by store operations teamDesigning, implementing, and maintaining POS customized forms applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systemsDelivering high availability and performance Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable codeResponsible for configuring, testing, deploying and supporting the Oracle POSConfigure and troubleshoot the POS setup. This includes printers, customer display, scanners and mobile POSHandle critical POS issues, conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations on issues surfacedProvide support on operational issues relating to POSAssist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department
