Role & responsibilities

  • Assess and manage electrical load requirements for the factory.
  • Coordinate electrical connections from existing family-owned substations or incoming sources.
  • Plan and supervise machine and utility placements. Support installation and commissioning of injection molding and extrusion machines.
  • Create and maintain a maintenance schedule for all electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Act as the go-to person for all factory-related technical and utility concerns during construction and post-commissioning.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure proper execution of MEP works.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience working on industrial project sites (factories/plants) is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical layouts, and utility planning.
  • Experience or basic knowledge of injection molding and extrusion machinery will be an added asset.
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
