Move In Sync’s full-stack solution, Move In Sync One, offers end-to-end outsourcedemployee transport solutions for enterprises.About the RoleThe Manager, Digital Marketing establishes and implements digital strategy to drive revenue and growbusiness. The ideal candidate will serve as the digital thought leader, helping to identify trends, evolvingbest practices, and new technologies/tools for all digital efforts that drive engagement and ROI.What You'll Do:● Complete ownership from driving top-of-funnel visitor traffic to customer acquisition and revenuegoals● Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM),search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing,account-based marketing, and paid advertising campaigns● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for lead generation and stayupdated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices● Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand target audience profiles, pain points,and key value propositions to tailor marketing campaigns accordingly● Implement lead-nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel,including marketing automation, email workflows, and personalized communication● Refine marketing attribution models and continually analyse marketing campaigns andchannels to determine which efforts to adjust and scale● Optimize website and landing page conversion rates through A/B testing, userexperience improvements, and on-page optimization techniques● Develop a robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile appand digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments. ● Collaboratewith external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.What You'll Need:● 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2 B Saa S ortechnology-driven organization● Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and channels, including SEO, SEM,email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising● Demonstrated experience in lead generation and demand generation strategies in aB2 B context●Ability to work creatively within budgetary & resource constraints to deliver required results(basically a hacker mindset)Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools to track and analysecampaign performance● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and makedata-driven decisions● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns anddeadlines simultaneously● Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving measurable results through- digital marketing
