Pragmatic Play strives to create the most engaging and evocative experience for customers globally across a range of products, including slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports and bingo.Driven by a persistence to craft immersive experiences and responsible thrills, our professional team consistently deliver best-in-class services with a dedication to create games that players love time and time again.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe incumbent will collaborate with the UX designers and turn clickable prototypes/wireframes/etc into robust interactive applications through endpoint integration.Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs.Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements.Install and configure server environments for React deployments.  Maintain and update project dependencies as well as fix any conflicts.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Technical documentation – Designing architecture, flow diagrams, documenting technical implementation approaches and pseudocode.Work with FE engineers to generate and maintain code according to the agreed coding standard and best practicesDevice strategies, or innovative approaches that have significant impact on the application design.Set and evolve standards and best practices for our application development team – Conduct code reviews and enforce standards.Oversee development process compliance and CI activities.KEY SKILLS8 -12 years' experience developing modern front-end, web-based applications with core Java Script, JS frameworks, and at least 2 years specifically working in React JS/JSX, Flux, redux, or similar stack.Familiarity with common programming tools such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, Type Script, version control software, and remote deployment tools.Good understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.Strong proficiency in Java Script, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, and Babel.Define and maintain architecture roadmap, technical solutions for new and existing functionality for each part of the projects.Experience in taking the ownership over architecture qualities of front-end applications (e.g.: usability, accessibility, performance, etc.)Deliver architectural services, including guidance and conceptual design as well as technical and process innovationsBring a passion to remain up to date with the latest trend of ever-changing web front-end development.Ability to investigate latest technology and build quick Proof of Concept functionalities to address future business needs.Experience in Preparing, improving and introducing new approaches/methodologies/tools and techniques within department.Work to meet delivery commitments of feature content throughout the whole Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for the best possible outcome.Strong collaborator and has skills to participate/guide technical discussions.Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and excellent communication and presentation skills.WHAT WE OFFERDriven by a persistence to craft immersive experiences and responsible thrills, our professional team consistently deliver best-in-class services with a dedication to create games that players love time and time again.Professional and personal developmentOpportunities to progress within a dynamic team.Close and collaborative colleaguesOUR VALUESPERSISTENCEWe never give up and are determined to be the best at what we do.RESPECTWe value and respect our clients, their players, and our team members; promoting professionalism, integrity and fairness without compromise.OWNERSHIPWe take ownership of our work and consistently deliver in a reliable manner; always providing the highest level of quality.
