Job DescriptionThe JMS Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics operations within the organization, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods. This role involves coordinating transportation, managing inventory, and collaborating with various departments to optimize logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the dispatch of trucks using the Journey Management System (JMS).

Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely departures and arrivals.

Track and analyze truck routes to identify and resolve any issues or delays.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Communicate effectively with various departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.

Maintain accurate records of truck journeys, fuel consumption, and delivery schedules.

Assist in planning and scheduling truck maintenance and repairs.

Provide regular updates and reports to management on logistics performance.

Address any emergencies or incidents promptly and efficiently.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.- In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office Suite.- Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory environment is an advantage.BenefitsCompetitive salary.
