Role Overview The Experience Intelligence Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth, ethical, open-source intelligence (OSINT) and behavioural research to support Ex Quisite’s member profiling, experience design, and vendor evaluation. This role combines investigative precision with emotional sensitivity — decoding both visible and invisible layers of a person’s life to enable Ex Quisite to design experiences that feel personally crafted, intuitive, and effortless. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed open-source intelligence research (digital, social, and public domain) to understand member personas, preferences, and patterns. Build psychographic and lifestyle intelligence profiles that combine factual data with emotional insights. Validate and background-check vendors, partners, and affiliates to ensure brand alignment, reliability, and integrity. Maintain and continuously update Member Dossiers — living documents reflecting evolving preferences and behaviours. Collaborate with Lifestyle Managers and Curators to translate intelligence into experience design insights . Monitor emerging trends, elite lifestyle shifts, and niche consumer patterns that can inspire Ex Quisite’s offerings. Ensure data confidentiality, ethical compliance, and discretion in all intelligence-gathering activities. Use advanced research tools and techniques for digital footprint mapping, social sentiment analysis, and source validation. Contribute to development of Ex Quisite’s proprietary “Human Experience Intelligence” database. Key Competencies Mastery in OSINT techniques , including advanced search, data correlation, metadata tracing, and identity mapping. Deep understanding of human behaviour, psychology, and social dynamics . Ability to synthesise information into succinct, actionable insights . Strong sense of ethics, discretion, and confidentiality . Sharp analytical writing and storytelling ability — can turn data into narratives. Calm, composed demeanour — able to handle sensitive personal information with maturity. Preferred Background 3–6 years of experience in OSINT, Competitive Intelligence, Risk Advisory, Forensic Research, or Intelligence Analysis. Backgrounds from: Kroll, Control Risks, S-RM, Deloitte Forensics, EY Risk Advisory, or Intelligence/Investigative Agencies preferred. Education: Master’s in Intelligence Studies, Psychology, Behavioural Science, International Relations, or Data Analytics. Advanced proficiency with tools like Maltego, Spider Foot, Social Links, and data verification platforms. KPIs Accuracy & relevance of intelligence reports (≥ 95%) Turnaround time on member/vendor research (≤ 48 hours) Insight-to-execution conversion rate (how many insights lead to meaningful experience design) Compliance with confidentiality and ethical protocols (100%) KRAs Deliver actionable human intelligence that drives deeper personalisation. Maintain a verified and secure data ecosystem. Support the creative and curation teams through real-time insights. Anticipate member needs before they are articulated.
