Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy, drive student acquisition, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance marketing, marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement—particularly within the education industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Plan and manage high-budget paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeting both B2C (students/parents) and B2B (institutions/partners).
  • Drive student enrollment targets through performance marketing and lead generation efforts.
  • Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance , ROI, and key metrics, optimizing for maximum impact.
  • Lead content strategy for blogs, landing pages, social posts, and email campaigns aligned with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with product, academic, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing tools.

Required Skills and Qualification :

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech sector .
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns .
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and marketing automation platforms .
  • Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage high-budget campaigns and deliver measurable results.
