SAP Tester

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced SAP Tester with 2+ years in SAP projects, specializing in Finance (FI), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP FI processes, testing financial transactions (including credit, debit, auto-postings), and familiarity with SAP transaction codes and document types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for SAP modules, focusing on FI, AP, AR.
  • Validate and verify financial transactions, including vendor payments (F-53) and invoice generation.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of credit, debit, and auto-posting processes.
  • Debug and document open/outstanding issues, ensuring resolution aligns with business requirements.
  • Use and validate SAP TCodes and document types during the test cycle.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to business users when required.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in SAP testing, especially in FI, AP, and AR modules.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP FI transactions, vendor codes, and related financial processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP TCodes (e.g., F-53).
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills, with the ability to document and trace test issues.
  • Clear understanding of FI document lifecycle, credit/debit notes, and auto-posting procedures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
