The Opportunity


We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Delivery Coach to join our dynamic team in Bangalore or Chennai. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success and shape the future of product delivery methodologies.


Role Overview


As a Senior Product Delivery Coach, you will be at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and organisational transformation. You'll work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams across various industries, driving business outcomes and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Leadership

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align product strategies with overall business objectives

- Drive the adoption of product-centric mindsets and operating models across organisations

- Develop and execute comprehensive product delivery transformation roadmaps


2. Product Operating Model Transformation

- Spearhead the implementation of Product Operating Model

- Facilitate high-stakes events such as Big Room Planning, Release Planning, and Envisioning

- Coach leaders and teams in transitioning from project-based to product-based thinking


3. Product Discovery and Innovation

- Guide teams through effective product discovery processes

- Introduce and refine techniques for rapid prototyping and hypothesis-driven development

- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation with new approaches and technologies


4. Performance Optimisation

- Implement OKRs and relevant metrics to measure and improve product delivery performance

- Optimise workflows and remove impediments to enhance productivity and quality

- Ensure governance and compliance while maintaining agility and speed


5. Team Development

- Build and nurture high-performing, cross-functional product teams

- Deliver specialised training on Product Operating Models, Business Agility, Adaptive Leadership, and role-specific skills

- Create psychologically safe environments that promote creativity and collaboration


Qualifications and Experience


- 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach or Product Leader

- 7+ years in Technology Leadership roles, including P&L responsibility and governance

- Deep understanding of Financial, Insurance, and Regulatory environments

- Hands-on experience with full SDLC and DevOps practices (CI/CD, JIRA, ADO, etc.)

- Proven track record of successful large-scale agile transformations

- Experience in coaching and training various product management topics

- Strong financial acumen and ability to link product strategies to business outcomes

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
