The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, design and deliver scalable enterprise applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient software solutions for Greenko’s digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Java-based enterprise applications.- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems using Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.- Guide and mentor a team of junior/mid-level developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.- Drive code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of applications.- Implement DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/Jenkins) for smooth releases and deployments.- Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for system design and development.- Contribute to technical architecture discussions and support cloud migration strategies (AWS/Azure/GCP).Required SkillsCategorySkillsCore JavaExpert in Java 8/11+, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling.FrameworksStrong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud.MicroservicesDesign & implement REST APIs, Microservices architecture, API Gateway.DatabasesProficient in SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle).Messaging & IntegrationHands-on with Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS.Cloud & DevOpsFamiliar with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.TestingJUnit, Mockito, Integration Testing frameworks.LeadershipTeam leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum practices.Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 8–12 years of experience in Java backend development with at least 3+ years in a lead role.- Strong experience in scalable enterprise applications, preferably in energy/utility or large-scale digital platforms.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Interested candidates can share their profiles at:
