Job Title: Content Strategist (4+ Years Experience)

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Content Strategist with 4+ years of experience to lead and execute data-driven content strategies that align with business goals, boost brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. You'll work closely with marketing, SEO, design, and product teams to plan and produce high-performing content across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies across channels (website, blog, social media, email, etc.).
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps, optimize existing content, and ensure consistency with brand voice.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to create keyword-rich, high-ranking content.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to measure content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Plan editorial calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
  • Guide the creation of various content formats including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product pages, and video scripts.
  • Ensure all content aligns with user journeys, customer personas, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with design, copywriting, and development teams to maintain a consistent user experience.
  • Monitor content trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, etc.).
  • Proficiency with analytics and research tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with content personalization and AI tools.
  • Background in UX writing or conversion copywriting.
  • Previous experience in (industry, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech).
