We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager with 5 to 10 years of strategic marketing experience to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, growth, and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans to meet business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Manage brand budgets and optimize marketing investments for maximum ROI
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and agencies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully managing brands and driving business results
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools
- Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
