Job Summary:


The Junior Digital Marketer will support the marketing team in creating, implementing, and monitoring digitalcampaigns across various platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving online engagement and brand awareness.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Help create and schedule engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and assets for campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research to support SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic traffic.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and

analyzing performance.

  • Research trends and suggest innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including building mailing lists, creating email templates, and tracking

performance.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Role Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital landscape.
