AI Prompt & Fulfillment Specialist (Remote)


Umbrella powers 1000’s of marketing agencies using our reseller-platform. The company provides a turnkey solution to start and grow a digital marketing agency, helping thousands of entrepreneurs run a successful business.


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AI Prompt & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating AI-generated prompts, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and a deep familiarity with the U.S. market. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality prompts that produce scripts for customer audio files, collaborating with clients for approvals, and overseeing the process to ensure the final product goes live seamlessly.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and fine-tune prompts for AI systems that generate business phone scripts.
  • Convert AI-generated scripts into audio files using our vendor AI platform, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with customers for script approvals, manage revisions, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Once approved, ensure the audio files are published live.
  • Maintain version control of prompts and audio files for future reference and improvements.
  • Provide expertise in optimizing and improving prompt generation processes to achieve the best results.
  • Actively participate in feedback loops with the internal and external teams to enhance and fine-tune prompt effectiveness.
  • Work with variable workloads and adapt to dynamic project timelines.




Key Requirements:
  • Experience with AI Prompt Generation : Must have prior hands-on experience with creating, refining, and optimizing AI prompts.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Market : A strong understanding of U.S. business culture and customer behavior is essential.
  • Customer-Facing Experience : Ability to communicate with clients, understand their needs, and work through revisions with a high level of professionalism.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge : Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and how AI-generated content can support customer engagement efforts.
  • Flexibility & Team Player : Able to handle varying workloads and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Immediate Availability : Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given priority.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, AI content generation, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to refine prompts and improve output based on learnings and customer feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience with tools related to AI prompt generation and audio content creation.
