Responsibilities :

- Own the Product Vision & Strategy : Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and long-term product strategy.

- Conduct market research, analyze user data, and identify new opportunities for product innovation.

- Embrace Agile Methodologies : Work closely with development teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to break down product requirements into actionable user stories and manage the product backlog effectively.

- Deep Technical Expertise : Possess a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, technical feasibility, and various technologies relevant to the product domain.

- Communicate effectively with engineering teams to ensure clarity on technical requirements and potential roadblocks.

- Prioritization & Backlog Management : Prioritize user stories and features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.

- Manage the product backlog effectively, ensuring it remains clear, concise, and aligned with the product roadmap.

- User Advocacy : Be the voice of the user.

- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate user needs into actionable product requirements.

- Advocate for a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Communication & Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product development and launch.

- Possess excellent communication skills to articulate the product vision clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Metrics & Analytics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.

- Analyze user data and product usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and iterate on product features.

- Stay Ahead of the Curve : Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in your product domain.

- Continuously learn and adapt to ensure your product remains innovative and competitive.

Qualifications :

- 7-9 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully owning and delivering technical products.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in product development.

- In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles and best practices.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Data-driven decision making with a focus on user needs and business goals.

- Experience with user research techniques and user experience (UX) principles is a plus.

- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

Bonus Points :

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with API design and integration principles.

- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
