In this position you can actively participate to our growth and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment as: Position: Senior D365 Developer Location: Pune General PurposeThe role of the Dynamics 365 CE Senior Developer is to customize, develop and maintain Dynamics 365 as well as to ensure proper operation of the system. Interfaces to SAP, Dynamics 365 Business Central and SharePoint are also within the responsibility of the Dynamics365 Developer. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities  • Requirements Analysis with end users, Solution Design, and providing an implementation concept• Development of .NET code in Dynamics 365 and Azure (Web Apps, Func Apps Logic Apps, etc.)• Development of JS for Dynamics 365 • Customization in Dataverse, Data Model, Power Automate and Power Apps• Development and execution of console applications to apply mass changes • Supervise inhouse developers and 3rd party developers• Technical documentation of customizations and developments• Optimization of implemented Applications (i.e., security, loading times, network usage, etc )• Making sure ALM procedures are implemented and followed including development of deployment pipelines.• 2nd level support• Actively Contribute to Application/Code development best practices  Education / Experience: • B.E. (Computer Engineering) or equivalent • Minimum of 7 years of experience in .Net & Microsoft technologies, mainly on Dynamics 365• Excellent knowledge of C# .NET• Excellent knowledge of JS and Object-Oriented programming model• Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CE) out of the box (OOB) features and customization possibilities• Experience using ALM systems (Azure DevOps is preferred) and GIT repositories• Good experience with Azure Web Apps, Logic Apps, Function Apps and how to build secure applications in Azure• Experience in finding solutions to business requirements• Good knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, XML, Liquid etc.• Ability to understand the basic business processes implemented in D365• Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate is an advantage• Engage in teams and work across functions and geographies Special Requirements: • Driving change towards stability, reliability, innovation, renewal• Work in a structured way• Delivery orientation• Strong analytical skills and intercultural skills• Ability to work in international and virtual teams Measures (KPI’s): • Project contribution (delivery)• Application quality• Delivery of applications• Customer satisfaction We Offer We have a very free culture, inspiring employees to involve in various activities of their interests.
