Position Overview:
Yethi Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Person to expand our footprint in the European market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT services sales within the banking industry and a proven track record in the European region. This role will involve generating leads, developing strategies, and managing client relationships to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the European market.
Follow up on leads, conduct thorough needs assessments, and present tailored solutions.
Demonstrate Yethi Consulting’s capabilities and value propositions to potential clients.
Market Dynamics Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate the European market effectively.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with existing accounts in the Europe region.
Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Yethi Consulting’s services.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the inside sales team to transition leads to the customer front-end sales.
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to senior management
Global Travel:
Be open to global travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and other business-related activities.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in sales within IT services, specifically in the banking industry.
Regional Expertise: At least 3-4 years of experience working in the European market.
Sales Skills: Proven experience in both inside sales and customer front-end sales.
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel globally as needed.
Location:
The position is based in Mumbai or Bangalore, with flexibility for travel.
