Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and enforcing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring effective human resources management. Daily tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee queries, maintaining employee records, and supporting continuous improvement in HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Expertise in HR Operations and HR Policies
  • Strong abilities in Employee Relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the engineering or consultancy industry is a plus
