Job Summary:

RNR INFRA is seeking an experienced Google AdSense & Facebook Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns specifically tailored to the real estate sector . Based in Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, boosting conversions, and enhancing brand visibility for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities: Google AdSense:
  • Plan, set up, and optimize Google AdSense campaigns to maximize revenue and engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword analysis and implement effective targeting strategies.
  • Monitor ad placements and formats to ensure compliance with Google AdSense policies and optimize earnings.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Facebook Meta Ads:
  • Develop, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns tailored for real estate lead generation.
  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy that align with property offerings and customer interests.
  • Utilize advanced audience segmentation and targeting to reach potential buyers, investors, and renters.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, focusing on key metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROI.
General Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital advertising.
  • Ensure effective utilization of advertising budgets for maximum impact and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills for crafting engaging ads.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market and its unique advertising dynamics is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management platforms.
