Job Description :

As a K2 Developer specializing in Smart Forms, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing business process automation solutions using the K2 platform.

You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, design intuitive and user-friendly Smart Forms, and develop workflow processes to automate business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Smart Form Design and Development: Design and develop Smart Forms using the K2 platform to capture and display relevant data and facilitate user interactions in business process automation solutions.

- Workflow Development: Develop workflow processes using K2 blackpearl or K2 Five to automate business processes, including task routing, approvals, notifications, and integration with external systems.

- Integration: Integrate Smart Forms and workflow processes with external systems, databases, and third-party applications using K2 SmartObject Services, REST APIs, and other integration methods.

- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure K2 components and features to meet specific business requirements, including form behaviors, rules, views, and data validation.

- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Smart Forms and workflow processes, and address any issues or defects identified during testing.

- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, system architecture diagrams, and deployment guides, to ensure comprehensive documentation of Smart Forms and workflow solutions.

- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution designs, and communicate project status and progress effectively.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to business process automation and workflow management, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on developing Smart Forms and workflow solutions using the K2 platform.

- Proficiency in designing and developing Smart Forms using K2 Designer or K2 Studio, with strong knowledge of form controls, rules, and event-driven programming.

- Experience in developing workflow processes using K2 blackpearl or K2 Five, including creating process models, configuring task activities, and defining business rules.

- Solid understanding of integration concepts and experience integrating K2 solutions with external systems using SmartObject Services, REST APIs, or other integration methods.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- K2 certification(s) such as K2 blackpearl Developer, K2 Five Developer, or K2 SmartForms Developer is a plus.
