The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, ensuring superior customer service, and maintaining compliance with all banking regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deepen relationships with existing NRI clients. Acquire new NRI clients through referrals and market development. Cross-sell banking and investment products to achieve business targets. Provide personalized financial advice and support to clients. Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI/Banking regulations. Achieve revenue, acquisition, and retention targets as per business objectives. Maintain accurate client records and track portfolio performance. Required Qualifications and Skills: Graduate degree mandatory; MBA or equivalent preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in NRI Banking, Priority Banking, or Wealth Relationship Management. Strong knowledge of NRI products, investment instruments, and compliance processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
