Job description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist with expertise in both offline and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, managing branding collaterals such as brochures, standees, and other promotional materials, while also driving engagement through digital platforms to increase visibility and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Offline Marketing:

Conceptualize, design, and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, standees, banners, posters, and promotional kits.

Coordinate with vendors and agencies for high-quality printing and timely delivery of offline materials.

Plan and support participation in trade shows, events, and exhibitions.

Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing touchpoints.


Digital Marketing:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage website updates, SEO, and content marketing.

Drive lead generation and brand awareness through email marketing and social media campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.


Brand & Communication:

Maintain strong brand identity across all marketing materials (offline & online).

Collaborate with design teams, content writers, and sales teams for campaign execution.

Suggest new creative ideas and trends in both digital and offline marketing to strengthen brand presence.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in offline and digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of designing brochures, standees, and other print collaterals.

Hands-on experience with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.

Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Canva /& editing Tools. (for designing collaterals).

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Event management experience.
