for Business Analyst:
  • We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities :
  • Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Lead cross-functional project teams, developing comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks and solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance processes and outcomes.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with a demonstrated proficiency in project management.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Web and Mobile development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in business analysis or related role is a plus
