Job Description: Dev Ops Engineer Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 3 -7 years | Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Dev Ops Engineer with 3 -7 years of expertise to manage scalable cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high system reliability. This role involves full ownership of Dev Ops processes in a fast-paced fintech environment, from infrastructure automation to production monitoring. Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Terraform, or Cloud Formation. CI/CD Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, or Git Hub Actions. Containerization and Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Monitoring and Performance: Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch) to ensure high availability and quick resolution of incidents. Security and Compliance: Enforce security best practices and manage compliance with industry standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR). Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance. Mentor junior engineers to drive Dev Ops culture. Required Skills and Qualifications Core Expertise: Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Ia C Tools: Proficiency in Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible. CI/CD: Hands-on expertise in building pipelines with Jenkins, Git Lab, or similar tools. Containerization: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE). Proven experience managing production systems, ensuring high availability, and resolving critical incidents. Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog. Familiarity with security protocols and compliance (IAM, encryption, VPC isolation). Preferred Skills Experience with distributed systems and message queues (Kafka, Rabbit MQ). Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in cloud environments. Knowledge of disaster recovery and scaling in production environments.
