Nestasia currently works with over 120 manufacturing units and has a portfolio of 7500+ SKUs. The aim is to take this to 100,000+ SKUs by this year. Duties and responsibilities:Sourcing for home decor product line (soft furnishings)Ideate and design various product line collectionsUse designing software to design and customize products as per requirementManage vendors efficientlyResearch for new or upcoming trendsIdentify cost reduction opportunitiesMaximize current sourcing channelInternational sourcing for hard goods from places like ChinaCollaborate with buyers to select and source products that align with the company's brand and target market.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to continuously improve merchandising strategies and drive innovationDesired Candidate Profile:> 3 years of experience inworking with Indian manufacturersA keen interest in decor, furnishings, and stylingProficiency in using Design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw etc.) and MS-ExcelExcellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skillsShould have good work ethics and calm attitudeCandidate with B.Des preferred
