Job Title: US HR Recruiter (Internal Hiring)Location: Andheri East, Sakinaka (Onsite 5 days a week)Joiner: ImmediateJob Description:We are looking for a US HR Recruiter to manage internal hiring requirements such as Sales, Business Development Manager, VP of Sales, and Head of Sales roles in the US market.Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal positions in the US.- Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), networking, and referrals.- Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and US hiring processes.- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.Requirements:- 6 months + of experience in US recruitment- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and other sourcing platforms.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Must be able to join immediately.
