The Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and optimizing Cargo Wise solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing and implementing customized Cargo Wise solutions, offering guidance on best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role also requires training clients on Cargo Wise functionalities and troubleshooting any issues that arise.Qualifications- Strong Analytical and Business Process skills- Knows about Documents & Reports customisation- Experience in Consulting and Finance- Excellent Communication skills- Proficiency in Cargo Wise system is highly desirable- Ability to work independently and remotely- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field- Prior experience in supply chain and logistics sector is a plus
