Role Description:As a nascent and innovative company, we focus on exploring how cutting-edge AI can revolutionize financial analytics and valuations. We aim to build a team of forward-thinkers who are passionate about leveraging data, research, and technology to transform the financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities:Market Research :Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on financial and AI industry trends.Identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging technologies in finance and AI.Benchmark competitors and analyze their approaches to finance-technology integration.Data Collection & Analysis :Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, including industry reports, academic papers, and market databases.Use statistical tools and AI-powered analytics to uncover trends and patterns.Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in an accessible format.Financial Analysis & Valuation Research :Assist in researching valuation techniques and financial modeling trends.Explore AI applications in valuations and financial modeling processes.Reporting & Communication :Prepare detailed research reports, executive summaries, and presentations.Communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with team members to integrate research insights into strategic initiatives.Continuous Learning & Innovation :Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, finance, and analytics.Suggest innovative approaches to integrating AI into financial workflows.
Qualifications & Skills:Educational Background
:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields (students in their final year are welcome to apply).Technical and Analytical Skills
:Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights from complex datasets.Proficiency in
Excel ,
PowerPoint , and data visualization tools such as
Tableau ,
Power BI , or equivalent.Knowledge of statistical programming languages and tools such as
Python ,
R , or
MATLAB , with a focus on data analysis and model building.AI and Machine Learning Expertise
(Preferred but not mandatory):Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, model training, and evaluation.Basic understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), or predictive analytics.Experience with AI tools or platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus.Understanding of the practical applications of AI in financial modeling and valuations.Soft Skills
