What you will do:

The TJX Global Sourcing and Procurement (GS&P) organization is a trusted partner to our myriad of business functions. The Centre of Excellence (COE) team plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and optimization, supporting GS&P with operational processes. The COE team consists of 3 pillars/teams; Source to Contract (STC), Procurement, and Performance & Analytics (P&A), with each team bringing specialized expertise to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and maximize value across the sourcing and procurement lifecycle.

As a Senior Data Analyst within the Performance and Analytics (P&A) team, you will dive deep into TJX's vast data landscape, partnering with our analytics team to unearth actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You'll be the storyteller, conveying these insights in compelling ways to our business partners, while also supporting ad-hoc analysis and custom reporting. Beyond that, you will play a pivotal role in supplier evaluation and RFx support, analyzing tender offers and crafting scenarios that showcase the financial impact of our commercial decisions. Together, we will create and maintain dynamic reports and performance metrics, fueling our global strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

- Contribute to creating and executing various tender events from a pricing & Bid perspective.- Analyze complex tender offers in Coupa/GEP and other sourcing platforms where required. Building scenarios to help demonstrate financial impact based on commercial decisions.- Collaborate with the analytics team to extract actionable insights from TJX's expansive data sources, addressing strategic inquiries.- Communicate findings effectively to business partners, facilitating understanding and meaningful data-driven decision-sharing.- Support ad-hoc analysis, custom reporting, industry benchmarking and special projects for regional and global business partners.- Support the data Analytics managers with data cleansing and preparation.- Support the category management team in the category planning process where data/insights are required.- Support ad-hoc analysis, general and custom reporting needs for regional and global requirements.- Create, update and improve various Access databases- Gather, Create, and provide tailored reports to support GS&P & COE operations and strategic goals.- Create, maintain, and update performance monitoring metrics and dashboards.- Support automation activities alongside the Data Analytics Managers.

What you will need:

We seek self-motivated colleagues who can demonstrate their talent and experience to identify key data trends, prioritize analysis, and support the seamless execution of IT initiatives. You'll work closely with other colleagues in the Performance & Analytics team to ensure ongoing projects are aligned with business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

- 3+ Years of data analytics experience- Proficient/Advanced levels in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Access, Power BI, Power Query- Strong Mathematical Acumen for quantitative analysis- Expertise in database querying and design.- Skilled problem solver- Adaptable to fast-paced environments.- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Must have attention to detail and sound analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- GEP, Coupa or similar e-sourcing/procurement optimization/P2P experience.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Finance or Business Management is advantageous, but not required.- Join us and Discover Different at TJX, click here to learn more.
