Job Title: Technical Lead -.NET Location: Trivandrum Experience: 7–12+ years Employment Type: Full-time About the role   We are looking for a Technical Lead - .NET to design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years working with .NET Framework and C#, and a track record of leading teams, driving innovation, and mentoring developers. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions while following industry best practices. Key Responsibilities   ·        Design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure .NET applications.  ·        Lead architectural discussions, ensure high-quality code, and drive technical innovation.  ·        Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance.  ·        Guide and mentor team members, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives contribute to innovation.  ·        Maintain technical documentation to support knowledge-sharing and process improvement.  Required skills & Qualifications ·        8+ years in software development, including 5+ years in .NET Framework and C#. ·        Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, REST, Web API, and SQL Server. ·        Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and front-end frameworks (Angular or Vue.js). ·        Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in agile, collaborative environments. ·        Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and unit testing. ·        Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices. ·        Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Preferred skills ·        Experience leading teams, guiding projects, and managing development timelines. ·        Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and deployment strategies. ·        Experience integrating AI/ML models into .NET applications (a plus).
