Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Record to Report
In this role, we are looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and should have advised a team size of ~30 people. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high pressure business environment while being a standout colleague.
Responsibilities:
•Partner with client to drive smooth operations – work with GFL’s and GPO’s.
•Responsible for meeting all SLA’s for the tower
•Inculcate the culture of continuous improvement in the process, drive employee engagement
•Timely and effective communication with stake holders via prescheduled calls and meetings, ad hoc calls
•Responsible for driving positive NPS in the process
•Proactively analyze the volume trending and forecast capacity requirements
•Collaborative and Influencing skills, especially with client and other onshore teams to resolve obstacles
•Continuously assess team members against the skill set required and take appropriate decisions
•Jointly align team goals (along with GFL’s and GPO’s) to client objectives and clearly communicate to the team. Track and communicate progress
•Ability to identify the process needs and collaborate with resources at an organizational level to address the need
•People leadership - Build managers of the future by grooming and upskilling the team leads
•Innovation -Drive continues improvement and partner with GPOs to drive process excellence
Key Skills:
•Prior exposure to people management skills ( should have lead team of 20+)
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Adequate knowledge of MS office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook etc.), good analytical skills required for the role
•Exposure to ERP (SAP / Oracle etc.)
•Knowledge on RTR Risks & Controls
•Experience of leading a transition for R2R tower
•Experience of having led driven R2R transformation projects
Min Work Experience : 8 to 10 years, Experience in F&A domain mandatory especially Close and reporting. Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience as RTR Manager
