Job Summary :

The JD Edwards Techno-Functional Consultant is responsible for both the technical and functional aspects of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne/World applications. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing JD Edwards applications, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Expertise :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into JD Edwards solutions.

- Configure and customize JD Edwards applications to meet specific business needs.

- Provide guidance on best practices and functionality of JD Edwards modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution.

Technical Expertise :

- Develop and implement technical solutions within JD Edwards, including custom reports, interfaces, and data conversions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JD Edwards applications and integrations.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.

Project Management :

- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of JD Edwards solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of JD Edwards solutions.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for JD Edwards applications, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

- Train end-users and provide support during user acceptance testing.
