About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Learning Experience Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle customer inquiries, process refunds, and implement retention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Role: Refunds Associate (LEM)

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding refunds, cancellations, and retention offers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).2. Evaluate refund requests in accordance with company policies and procedures3. Proactively identify opportunities to retain customers by understanding their needs and concerns. Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to develop and implement effective retention strategies.4. Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints related to refunds and cancellations in a timely and empathetic manner.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, refund requests, and retention efforts in the company's CRM system.
