ZS's India Capability & Expertise Center (CEC) houses more than 60% of ZS people across three offices in New Delhi, Pune and Bengaluru. ZS's Digital & Technology group helps companies define and execute their technology strategy by designing, building and operating their business intelligence (BI), cloud, data management, dashboard and analytics capabilities. Team members strategize, design and build custom IT solutions to improve our clients' commercial effectiveness.

ZS's Business Technology Solutions team is responsible to lead end to end responsibility of project across all phases i.e. discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and operations. This team seeks opportunity to undertake diverse tech roles and foster continuous innovation which benefits the individual's professional growth and bring the best in delivering world class technology solutions. In addition, this team configures ZS's proprietary software used to streamline business processes for commercial groups at client organizations. This team takes overall ownership of the solution delivery, managing operations services, client stakeholder management, contribute to business development and selling activities, project planning and team management.

Job Description :

- Work in Life Science R&D -clinical data management and analytics area as part of strategy building , assessment and technology implementation project as business and data analyst

- Lead and participate in clinical business process discussions with clients, identify requirements and user stories

- Lead requirements gathering activities and collaborate with Product owner to prioritize and groom the backlog to ensure appropriate level of detail is captured at the right time

- Conduct online interviews and workshops to gather requirements to support the business needs of users

- Author high-level user stories and develop related tasks, acceptance criteria and review test cases

- Participate in clinical business process discussions with clients, identify requirements and user stories

- Work closely with project teams in creating Requirement Specifications, RTM and other project documents

- Plan and facilitate various Agile meetings and artefacts, including sprint planning, review & retrospectives, daily stand-ups

- Work on creating process flows based on client and internal project discussions

- Perform business process modelling, data flow, user experience modeling, and basic solution architecture diagramming

- Act as techno-functional Liaison between client business user and project engineering team to provide correct business context, business rules

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the project lifecycle, with experience in large and complex programs. They will have a track record of successfully managing people, and be able to provide support and escalation routes for queries, define and plan analysis deliverables, and agree on analysis approaches.

- Experience in building a Business Analysis capability, mentoring and upscaling more junior colleagues, and contributing to the growth of a BA community is also essential. Knowledge of digital transformation and agile ways of working would be beneficial. A background in biometric/R&D space is desirable, but not essential

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree Pharma/ Bioinformatics / Medicine or related disciplines

- Master's degree in Business Analyst, Engineering or Science preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams

- 5-10 years of experience working within Life Science Domain as solution architect / business analyst / data analyst is required.

- Experience of working in Clinical data management and analytics product implementation like EDC (Rave, Veeva, InForm), Non-EDC(ePRO, LAB) , clinical Data repository, Metadata Repository, statistical computing (sycamore, Nurocor , SAS product) system, CTMS, eTMF, CDMS is required.

- Experience in driving requirements discussions, workshops and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, across time zones, during the planning and delivery of technology projects is required

- Experience working in end-to-end Clinical Data Repository implementation with Biometrics space will be preferred.

- Exposure to clinical data standards like CDISC (SDTM, ADaM ), FHIR, HL7, USDM is required.

- Experience in building and delivering GxP compliant solutions for large enterprise program is required

- Exposure to programming language like R, Python and SAS is preferred.
